Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking Every order includes full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at Teamkusx@gmail.com or +1 (469) 742-1797 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. If the package cannot be located, we will ship a replacement at no charge.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AquaBlast is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Teamkusx@gmail.com before your order ships.
