Eligibility You may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
